CANCELLATION AND DID NOT ATTEND (DNA) POLICY

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, or if you do not attend your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to the full fee. This fee cannot be reimbursed through Medicare, Workcover, Third Party Funders, or private health funds.To avoid a cancellation or DNA fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
